Banking Compliance Data Getting Started Guide (PDF)
FREE layers of banking compliance data for the United States are now available for users of the current version of Maptitude. Three separate geographic files and one table are included in this download.
Data from the 2021 FFIEC Community Reinvestment Act (CRA):
- CRA Aggregate Census Tracts: 2010 Census Tracts with data on the number and total loan amount for small business loans and small farm loans in each Census Tract
- CRA Disclosure Table for Counties: Disclosure table with data on the number and total loan amount for small business loans and small farm loans at the County level broken down by lender.
Data from the 2023 FFIEC Community Reinvestment Act (CRA):
- CRA Underserved Census Tracts: 2020 Census Tracts designated as underserved or distressed.
Data from the 2022 FFIEC Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA):
- HMDA Aggregate Census Tracts: 2020 Census Tracts with data on the loan applications filed in each Census Tract.
