Very occasionally, an item is out of stock or backordered. This means we have run low or out of stock on this particular item and are unable to ship at the present time. You will not need to re-order the item. We will keep this item on your present order and when it arrives, will ship this to you. If we cannot ship within the time stated or within 30 days, we will seek the customer’s consent to the delayed shipment. When consent is not provided we will issue a full refund for the unshipped merchandise.
